      Pros

      Good salary with chance to earn more if you become permanent. If you do become permanent you get paid per call.

      Cons

      Dealing with angry callers constantly. Low company morale. You also have to deal with supervisors who don’t actually know a lot about child support which is what the call center is about

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
