      Pros

      The company has many strong and valuable client contracts. There's potential for it to be great, especially in the transportation technology industry.

      Cons

      Programs are being run today on a shoestring budget of people. When the company faces quarterly earning challenges, we reduce the number of people and there is not enough left to do a quality job for the current clients.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
