First steps Chief People Officer took was to cut benefits. Middle management does not communicate with staff in Division at all. No investment in the growth of employees, education training. If you are not Billable 40 hours per week your job is always at risk. Division cut all Sales staff then asked all the employees to go nock on doors to find business.
