Pros

Flexible, remote work - nothing else

Cons

Everything else Complete lack of communication from management Company did not follow through with salary increase promises made prior to accepting employment Not one single performance review during almost 2 year employment period - no goal setting, no opportunities to improve and grow in position, no opportunity for pay increase. Lack of professionalism and no respect for employees who understand and follow industry standards and comprehend the risks involved in those standards NOT being followed. "Old boy's club" mentality - not open to suggestions or advice from newer employees, no respect for prior training, education, or knowledge - being a college graduate with honors with over 7 years of work experience, I was constantly overlooked and disregarded while management focused on team members who were 'brought up in the call center world' and didn't have near the training and experience and no formal education. "My way or the hi-way" mentality 'Laid off' with absolutely no assistance - no opportunity to move within the company (even though there are SEVERAL similar positions available, no severance, NOTHING If you're looking short-term, just to get by - go for it Work completed was completely disregarded and unappreciated. Constantly changing priorities - goals and priorities would change almost weekly (at least the ones that were communicated - several weren't). If you're looking for an actual career and opportunity for growth - look somewhere else. Unless you're already in the 'in' crowd, you'll have no future here - no matter how many extra hours, effort, and work you put in.

Pros

Working from home No travel to.work

Cons

I was fired the following day after I requested FMLA through my supervisor and was directed to contact Metlife. I was called on my cell by my supervisor after requesting to take a ADAAA day due to a medical issue and was asked if I needed to find another job more accomidating to my condition. I reported this to their supervisor and nothing was done about it. I was told upon termination ilI was not allowed to say who I worked for or what I did for them. Apple will be getting the same review as they tried to put it all on their client. At the time of my termination my metrics were 100%.
