      Pros

      Fantastic team of some of the most friendly, hardworking and passionate people I've ever worked with. Incredible growth within the company, both in terms of team size and project size/scope meaning all employees have a lot of exposure to really interesting and exciting work. Lots of autonomy, genuine care for employees wellbeing, diverse & interesting projects, safety to disagree & maintain respect/good rapport with all levels of the business.

      Cons

      The company has grown a lot in a short space of time, which is great, but has created some growing pains because there's not enough structured comms/defined process to support the pace of working. However, management are actively working to improve this.

      If you like getting stuck in, solving challenges, and working on things that actually make an impact, you’ll love it here. There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, so you’re not stuck waiting for approval or buried in process. You can take an idea and actually run with it and you’re surrounded by people who not only know their stuff but push each other to do better. There are also opportunities to travel and be part of projects that are genuinely shaping the future of immersive entertainment which is so exciting to be a part of. Overall though, it’s the people that make it. The team looks out for each other, keeps things fun, and even when it’s busy, there’s always a good energy in the room. If you like a fast-moving, ambitious environment where you actually get to make things happen, I couldn’t recommend CONDUCTR enough.
