      Good projects and opportunities. Management is open to ideas and feedback. Aggressive learning is appreciated here. Lastly, loved the decent quarterly extra mile bonus given, it's beyond and not mentioned in CTC.

      Less in-person connection with the team, as most people are working remotely.
