Unorganized Family Business - Sales Associate Concrete Science Employee Review

Company is family owned. They play favorites within the family. The owner of the company Steve is arrogant as can be. During my time here the owner held a 7am sales meeting to discuss all of the decline in sales leads. The meeting was then spent listening to Steve’s opinions of how attractive the CEOs wife is. As the CEO and his wife awkwardly sat and smiled in fear if they disagree they may lose their job. Additionally spoke on his estate and plans to go hunting. Commissions were impossible to receive. The accountant would take days to get back to me with accounting excuses as to why am I once again not being paid on commissions owed to me.
