Challenging, overtime hours if you wanted it, top quality safety equipment, plenty of work, got along well with other employees, appreciation gifts for the employees
Cons
Long hours sometimes, trying to keep a schedule without working overtime was difficult, advancement was slow, not enough personal time, Superintendents didn’t value the safety officers
