Pros
Capable and knowledgeable staff in some key positions.
Cons
The human resources practices are non existent. No formal systems for sexual harassment claims, discipline, performance review and reward (with no formal system for pay and promotion they make decisions based off incorrect data) , pay system is out dated and ineffective. Culturally, the upper management is disconnected from the lower level employees. The decision making system is one which produces additional work for employees but does not ever consider their opinion. Begs the question if decision makers are aware of leadership principles and ethical decision making.
