None that i can speak of

Horrible management Overwork Owner does things on a whim, despite not having the necessary liscenses Will force staff to become security guards as they dont pay their guards Will force sales staff to sell obsolete cleaning machines No progression to speak of No benefits

work is meaningful, tech stack is modern and sensible, colleagues are friendly

no work from home option HR initially wanted me to work 5.5 days a week at first, and it was only after pushing back against that my work week became a regular 5 days / week. Most if not all of the other roles in the company seem to come with a 5.5 day work week so do be wary about that.
