Great experience to work for a variety of different restaurants, and a great way to meet a lot of interesting people in the field.

The corporation does not treat their employees with respect, it is a constant battle to be paid on time, accurately, and to be heard from the management staff.

Most bartenders are friendly and patient and management is usually okay

EXTREMELY physically demanding, theres definite favouritism between bartenders/servers/hosts/managers etc and it makes for a very isolating and tense environment
