      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. PTO is not easy to get.

      Cons

      If you like to be called names and treated like a moron for no reason you will love working here. Disrespect and bulling is available to everyone for no extra charge. You will also be threatened to be fired on a regular basis.

      Everyone is working towards a common goal that is clearly communicated by leadership. There is open communication, constant help and guidance, healthy work/life balance, awesome benefits, and exceptional leadership.
