      Remote first culture -they provide equipment

      Cons

      Just an awful company to work at. The systems and software are complete garbage. Data management is abysmal. It is very scary to think financial advisors use Concorde as their books and records. Training and onboarding was a joke. One of the worst companies I've had the displeasure to work at. Steer clear of this firm.

      Everyone is working towards a common goal that is clearly communicated by leadership. There is open communication, constant help and guidance, healthy work/life balance, awesome benefits, and exceptional leadership.
