The company lacks structure. Conclusion owns a bunch of smaller companies, and is scaling up at the moment; it seems like they want the smaller companies to be independent.

Nice diverse IT ecosystem. A lot of young staff. Good start just after your study which offers quite some career opportunities.

Conclusion positions itself like an international company while it is still very local Dutch company mainly in terms of internal communication. For the expats it is often challenging to feel comfortable in that environment.
