Pros

A really fun working environment especially in contrast to most jobs I have also gained a lot of skills that are applicable to the job but also applicable in general life. I gained a promotion to team leader in 6 weeks which I thought was very exciting and highlighted a contrast to most jobs. The job it self has helped the way in which I speak in terms of public speaking and confidence but also great skills like teaching and training, running interviews and many other skills such as this.

Cons

As far as myself goes cons in the job don't vastly exist as I understand what hard work is needed to gain from the job yet some people may not be able to commit the hours required to see fast and great progression.

Pros

- Close to public transport

Cons

- Overworked employees - They hunt down people they can manipulate with promises of pay, perks, advancing. Running them into the ground while doing it. When people are tired and run down they lose perpective of what's good for them. - Fake promises of quick money - False incentives that are never given - Encouraged to pursue your career as a leader: this title means nothing, give you a sense of false superiority - False sense of positivity, nothing is 100% good no matter how much you try to make it - Cult mentality, brain washing and taking advantage of those that are vulnerable - Poor work-life balance: 60 hour working week, working saturdays and sundays when away on trips - No benefits: must cover cost of your own accommodation while on a trip, own travel and everything else during the working day. - Toxic environment where the CEO pressures and breaks you. - Presented with success stories that are unobtainable and then expected to achieve the same unobtainable goals as "the dominos delivery man" or "plumber of 15 years is now earning 250K a year". - No financial stability: Can make £0 one day, £80 the next. - Promotions mean nothing, you are just given a title and expected to work harder so that your boss benefits off the sales you make

Pros

The only one that I can come up with is that I made a few decent friends. Ladies at reception were also friendly.

Cons

- Firstly the job advertisement is especially misleading. You are not a Marketing Assistant. You are not a Graduate Trainee. You are the person on the street/shopping centre that sells charity. You are a Charity Salesman. - SIX DAYS a week you will work incredibly hard from 7:30am to 8pm and on many occasions will make £0 (though management will always find a way to blame you for this outcome) -It's very hard making friends (most people quit in their first week) - Some fellow colleagues would take no interest in personal hygiene, which inevitably made working with them unbearable. -On many occasions I was manipulated into doing things that I didn't want to and this was evidently the same case for other colleagues after speaking to them. - I have witnessed many twisted and inaccurate stories of success and commitment be spread to new employees so to make them aspire for unreachable goals.

Thank you for your review of Concilio Solutions. We're pleased to hear that you made friends during your time with us and will be sure to pass this feedback onto our crew. However, I'm sorry that you found the role to be unsuitable for your requirements. We do offer all our candidates the opportunity to take part in an optional shadowing day - where they are able to experience the daily work we do in person, before making a decision on whether to accept an offer from us. We generally find that candidates find this experience extremely useful as it offers a clear picture of the kind of work we do, as well as the hours that our independent contractors work. We believe this to be a key part of the interview process, as it would have offered answers to the issues you have raised above before making the decision on whether to work with us or not. We wish you all the very best for the future.
