Great team atmosphere, owners who care about your personal and professional growth, supportive environment, growth for leaderships and additional positions, flexibility, paid time off, cutting-edge technologies

My only con is that I chose to live far away-- so my commute! However, if that says anything, I choose to drive an hour everyday because I love my job!

As an employee of 3 years and clinic director at CPT, I can stay without a doubt this is the BEST place to work. Team culture is top notch, leadership cares about the staff, there is opportunity to grow and explore interests and you get to come to work knowing that you matter and your presence makes a difference. At CPT I feel invested in and as though my ideas matter. I can honestly say that I have never worked at a place that balanced commitment to the craft and investment in employees better than CPT!!!!!

None to speak of, it's great all around!!
