There are a lot of CSO's who work hard and want to work at CSCD.
Cons
Rude and demeaning management! I thought it would get better with the new director, but we still walked on eggshells every minute of everyday, never knowing if that day would be our last! Management treated the defendants better than employees and I worked my butt off! They pile on the cases/paperwork. They expect us to be super-humans! Never anything positive from management, NEVER!
