Pros

The pros: there are some really great people that work at this company, smart, educated, and try to do their best to make the company successful.

Cons

I can’t in good conscious recommend this company right now due to the organizational leaders and continuous changes within the company. If you come here you can expect to be given triple the workload that you initially were told, asked to flex and bend at every turn, only to be told that they’ll be a new policy, or way of doing things in place the next week. HR is particularly unsettled and that department has had a high turnover rate with people leaving after only a few months once they get in, which brings a lack of trust to the HR leaders way of doing things. You cannot expect to be given any real raises or opportunities to grow in your role. For those few employees here who to get raises/title bumps, it will be a small amount, that won’t make a difference and bonuses only go to ‘certain’ employees. It’s definitely a biased system. Major changes would have to happen in leadership for there to be a shift in the company and employees trusting the company. Sadly, you can’t move or relocate your family to a cheaper state without them trying to cut your pay. Ultimately, they’ve spent millions to bring in 25 new executives that the CEO knows and chose personally, and those people are the ones making all of the money, while the lower tier employees do get out for a 1 to 2% raise a year if they’re lucky. If you value your boundaries, your time, your mental health, this company shouldn’t be considered until it’s gone through a couple more years of growing pains and has settled. Only come here if you want to work 60 to 80 hours a week, be under paid, deal with a large number of Ivy League executives who don’t have common sense and are always willing to blame the staff underneath them so they don’t get in trouble with the CEO when they haven’t done their work. I am not a disgruntled employee, I consider myself someone who tries to see the best in people and do my best work regardless, however this company is not set up to succeed for the 95% that would come in as new employees.

Pros

Has a great view of what should be happening in medicine, with moments that matter, aging in place, keeping patients out of the hospital.

Cons

This is a company with unrealistic goals. They expect tasks to be completed including extensive documentation without the time to do so, not enough driving time to see the patients. There is so much education that Im not even doing medicine anymore. Poor management, that trickles down to poor schedules and poor patient and employee satisfaction.
