      Pros

      I've been working at Concertium (formerly Shield Watch) for 3 months now. The company is in the midst of organizational/cultural change with the launch of new products and services. With the rebranding, there are challenges that come with change, but we're extremely excited about the possibilities to build on our future. We want to build an open environment that is inclusive and demanding of ourselves so we can reach higher highs.

      Cons

      Current office space is too compartmentalized... Need more of an open floor

      Thank you for your comments and open and honest feedback. We are addressing the need for openness by moving to a new office space that is 6000 sft open contiguous space and are abolishing closed door offices. We will have plenty of quiet rooms but all will be in an open seating environment so as to foster better collaboration.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit on learning and growth. Over the last few years, every time I have asked for additional training, I have received it with tremendous support from my coworkers and leadership. The company is overall very flexible with accommodating employee's needs. We currently WFH three days per week due to ongoing COVID concerns. Leadership always works employees to accommodate health or personal issues with regards to working in-person or needing time off. I have truly been able to build a career here rather than just work a job.

      Cons

      Staffing challenges exist throughout the industry. Concertium is unfortunately not excused from this. There are great leaders and a lot of truly talented people in every department. Growth takes time and I'm sure the staffing challenges will work out in time.
