Compensation keeps on getting reduced. HR team sees the leadership as Gods. The founders and CFO doesn't have good business leadership, they don't know the direction of the company and the employees suffer for that. If the profit is not good, it is because of bad leadership. My job is to do my job well and I am aware that I do as I usually get compliments from our client. If an employee is doing a great job yet the company still struggles, leadership is the problem. They lie to their clients, and employees. This is a horrible company. They pay the employees very small and the founders are enjoying premium accommodations, yachts, and etc. HR is very toxic. Fun fact, HR is also manipulating leadership by making them think they praise them, but little do they know the HR manager just passes majority of their work to other departments. HR team praises the leadership so that they can act like the boss, they can just play games, chat, get paid and etc.
