Cons
Incapable leadership Promotions are totally biased and based on likeness and your skills and capability is nowhere noticed or seen. Within 2 months of joining you will get to know that the leadership team dont know anything much for the positions they carry, some of them dont eve know how to use basic MS Office apps like Excel and PPT. If you look at a long run, you are not going to gain any skills or knowledge, the work thats done here is super easily replaced and done by AI, so when are planning to switch jobs from here, you have only 2-3 options in hand. People here are mostly concerned on playing around rather than working and building strong revenue foundations. Redundant or borderline useless HR employees, probably the worst i have ever seen, even the events that are damn lame.
