Pros
They allow autonomy amongst the teams and strong motivated individuals excel. Focus pays off, work pays off, heart also pays off. It’s nice to see a company that rewards the true value of work.
Cons
The clubs are too far apart. But makes for fun life if you choose to transfer from one property to the next.
