      Funds being utilised well for Grassroots NGO

      Cons

      Insecure senior management - doesn’t trust experienced employees - leading to slower decisions Outdated thought process No future plans / no structure Feels like it’s run by kitty party aunties - trying to spend time in office but telling the world they are doing some work HR is just to do paperwork

      Very misogynistic view of its employees. Women were expected to dress and behave in a certain way, Senior management used inappropriate language with employees
