      Pros

      Conceptus had great engineers and all were supportive in pushing each other to be the best engineer.

      Cons

      I worked at this company under the old management. The Senior management was mostly focused on marketing and sales. Very little financial and management support were provided to the engineering department. Then in 2012, the company has hired a new CEO. I hope that the engineering team, receives more support. All rating is based on the older senior management.

      Pros

      This was, and still is, the best product on the market for women who have decided their family is complete and who do not want to ever worry about getting pregnant. It is a game-changing idea, and innovative concept for women.

      Cons

      The second-in-charge was more concerned with putting buddies in cushy jobs and trying to sell off the company, than building the company and adding to the product offering. A classic case of someone who only knows one trick (which usually works), but "OPPS" - the economy tanked.
