      Pros

      Great culture, great place to work. I loved working with Concept Solutions throughout my tenure. The people are very good and flexible. Thank you Concept solutions!

      I can not think of any cons at this company. I had a really good time there and I do not have anything specific that is a con working there.

      Pros

      Leadership is highly involved with a lot of customer touch. Long history with customers so there is good trust and stability in contracts.

      Cons

      Growing pains and working remotely for most people means less in person daily interaction, but they do lunch and learns and some in person events.

      Not much communication. Feel pretty isolated and left out. Management is often non-technical.
