Pros
ConceptSolutions handled the government shutdown as best as any company could. They were extremely clear with communication, and had an excellent plan in place to allow employees to borrow PTO time to help weather the downtime from the government projects.
Cons
Being in the government contracting industry is difficult for all companies, until the Congress gets a budget in place so people can work without fear of another shutdown.
