Pros
Wildly generous but unpredictable bonus that made up most of everyone's pay.
Good benefits coverage.
Good workout gym filled with Rogue equipment and working out is encouraged.
Lots of people get to travel.
Most people are nice and hard working.
Cons
Bullies are rewarded.
Some people did minimal work and somehow got all the praise.
No management and no accountability, people can do whatever they want.
Wouldn't allow remote work, or would insult/doubt if I asked to work from home once in a while. Maybe that changed for them during COVID, I worked there way before COVID.
Some of the owners could be very mean-spirited.
No room for advancement.
