      Ownership and management are aligned and they focus on making this a great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities to grow.

      With quick growth comes a lot of change and not all employees are prepared for that.

      Travel and never slow. Kinda good pay

      Management does not empathize to field teams, lack of respect for human needs such as sleep, hours of travel followed by hours of work. Slow advancement
