I worked at Concept for about four years and I do not recommend anyone working here unless you are looking to settle for a mediocre job. There is no training system put in place. The systems are not uniform across the company and your work responsibilities are not clearly specified. This company is old and not looking to move forward or innovate. If you are not in the friend group of upper management, you have little chance of moving up. Promotions are not based on performance. - No clear expectations - Upper management is very cliquey and exclusive -Difficult for women to be recognized and compensated properly -Always glued to the phone and expected to work on weekends (with no compensation for extra hours) - No 401K benefits
