      Pros

      Flexible work Schedule Portal is great- Easy and professional application process for clients. Ultra Modern office space and in a great location.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter how good you are, the owner hands out the big opportunities to "the gang" that never even come into the office . No training classes. Commission split is not based fairly . One monthly meeting per month - not enough .
