      Pros

      They have a lot of opportunities for training and personal growth. Supposedly the atmosphere at the main office is great.

      Cons

      They have to deem you worthy in order to get training. If you're not at the main office, you're almost invisible.

      We are so sorry to see that you are 100% satisfied. HR works hard to try to keep our remote employees in the loop but we could always do more! Please contact HR with any suggestions you may have for improvement in that area. As for training, we are currently developing a more robust training program. Stick with us while we get that going.       Pros

      Very strong culture, clear the company cares for its employees, higher ups are good people who deserve what they have. Room to grow, room to develop, great opportunities.

      Cons

      I know this sounds fake but there really have been no cons
