Pros

Work from home, equipment provided, training provided, bonus structure (if on target) Working times do allow for time not on the job, shifting rotations and often flexible team leaders will help.

Cons

Frequent change in targets for hitting conversion, if terms are not followed for legal reasons, entire bonus is scrapped for that month period. Training period is lengthy (which is a good thing) but the speed and zero ability to test environment before going live causes extreme stress, anxiety and performance issues. Training period is covered by a period of 6 week 'bedding in', however training staff are not active agents so system specific or 'current week special' specific information is lacking. High turnover of team leaders and middle management leads to constant team changes or upheaval process that throws team members out of an established comfort zone. Shift patterns are inconsistent - often shifting or being ambiguous but booking times can be flexible depending on the team leader that is assigned to that team. This is entirely based on the personal relationship with the team leader with obvious favoritism being shown based on their attitude toward employees.
