The people are what make Concentric. There is a togetherness of employees to achieve great results. This makes Concentric a successful and sustainable business that offers employees security. Recent investment in facilities (offices and shopfloor) shows the investment in the future. Innovative new products are presenting lots of opportunities with new and existing customers
Cons
Concentric has been unable to grow the business in recent years. Birmingham facility is a bit dated, but has improvements planned for 2021
