They are willing to work with your schedule, Vacation time is almost always approved, health,dental, and vision benefits are pretty good.
Cons
No real training, your kind of just thrown into it and expected to pick it up, sometimes they are understaffed and it's gets busy which means longer wait times for patient which makes them angry at you because your at the front when really it's not your fault.
