Pay is ok, bonus are based on turn around times, and the market hitting its goals not just center goals

Director of ops is clueless, they don’t care about you as a person. Director hires their Starbucks buddies in positions that qualified healthcare professionals should be in. You go to the director leadership team for questions and are met with unanswered emails, and text. Your review won’t be positive and you will always run a center that is understaffed. If you are in the healthcare field, this is where your career and love for healthcare go to die. HR is trash. You bring them issues with staff and it goes in one ear and out of the other.
