      Pros

      People are nice and there is a team spirit. Plenty of training, improvement and advancement opportunities. This company is for the very motivated, as they are valued.

      Cons

      Work load is above average, and so are the stress levels. Rather blame oriented accountability. Outdated facilities. Initiative is not rewarded. Sales people are extremely underpaid.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
