      Pros

      Company has been through many changes but new Sr. Leadership is steering the company in the right direction. Great co-workers, as well as the ability to achieve work/life balance. Never a dull moment, the challenging nature of day to day work makes sure you are never bored.

      Cons

      Change has been a constant, hopefully that is improving. Technology challenges have been extensive in the past, but again, there are great strides being made to improve this as well.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
