Pros

The support staff try hard and the clinic manager was very attentive to everything from supplies, schedules an personalities.

Cons

The EMR requires clicking hundreds of 2mm circles for each patient. It takes 19 clicks to enter a physical therapy consult. Watching a download bar for 30 sec showing the progress of a 419kb file takes you back to 1990. Corporate wants people to work faster and minimize wait times but won't allow patients to checkout until the note is done. The newly available bottom shelf dictation device doesn't work as well as your phone's voice to text messaging. You are not allowed to load patient education materials, lectures or anything of your own material to help patients or staff in fear that we will upload a virus onto their system that works like it is already infected. Our police officers, fire-fighters and industrial athletes who work backbreaking jobs deserve more than what this national corporation supports. Although I gave them the top performing clinic "99" in the country, I was exhausted working through lunch and well after closing. I couldn't keep doing it. They love their 20th century system.

Pros

I enjoyed the technical challenges working with extremely passionate and talented people. The benefits and compensation are competitive, and I had so much to offer given a little more time.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is a revolving door. Management is vastly unqualified and by title only. They had no on-boarding process and communication was extremely poor or lacking altogether. They are fire happy and terminate people like nothing without regard for tenure which almost seems deliberate. Several very experienced and tenured people were terminated the week before I was. One of which had moved to another team which created the vacancy for my position.
