      Over all the work is fairly easy, 4.5 PTO hours a check, very laid back work environment, casual dress code,

      Cons

      benefits horrible, taking 400 out of check for a month, no dependents, no real opportunity for growth in the company, managers look out for boyfriends and girlfriends

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
