      No call and no work after hours

      Cons

      Management in New Mexico is abysmal. Medical has no authority at all. Operations are in complete control. Also sound medical decisions based on company policy can and will be overturned by upper medical management and operations. No admin time for CMDs. No raises in 5 years.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
