      Pros

      The company has a potential to be great once people begin to care.

      Cons

      Nothing is ever thought through. Everything is in emergency because there is never any planning or strategy. No one knows the big picture.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
