      Pros

      Occasional pizza parties, maybe they buy Starbucks every few months.

      Cons

      Even if you are full time they will cut your hours. All number based, they hold bonuses, their benefits are terrible, overall the absolute worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
