      Able to refer to PT in house

      Cons

      Working over 45 hours/week. Often having to stay well past 5 pm. Only getting paid for 40 hours/week. You do not accrue PTO in the first 90 days

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
