      Pros

      The staff in the office are great to work with.

      Cons

      The company as a whole just views it’s employees as a commodity that they can squeeze every last ounce of productivity out of. They understaff their centers leading to a heavier workload and employee burnout.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
