      Pros

      Benefits and 401k are nice.

      Cons

      Very difficult to take PTO and will get denied if they don’t have coverage. You must work several roles and be responsible for front and back office duties due to lack of staffing. Never really anyone available to cover shifts when people are on PTO.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
