      Benefits are okay. 401k plan with matching up to a point. Raises vary depending on you’re output.

      Cons

      Always busy. Consistent updates to system and they aren’t always the best.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
