Pros

you can find some good colleagues. I have had leadership members in the clinic who care about the employees and patients, unlike the company that only sees revenue.

Cons

very high turnaround company does not care for you one bit company will mask any raises as "well earned" when really they are increasing salaries because all other new hires will start at the same as you for their base. Experience and years in company do not grant you anything. No appropriate raises, no bonuses, no extra PTO, nothing. You will be given more and more and more to do without the extra pay. Short staffing always grants experienced colleagues with much more work while new hires get paid the same for less work. You cannot move up in the company. You peak where you are and there are no advancement opportunities. Pay is not competitive with other companies.

Pros

Work from home Mon -Fri

Cons

Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
