      Get to learn a wide variety of things hands-on, ekg, blood draws, injections, patient notes, drug screens, administrative work

      Cons

      Management plays favorites, expect new hires to make significantly more than you and get an instant no when you ask for a raise despite being a hard worker

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
