      Consistent hours, responsibilities are straightforward, you understand what you are expected to do each day

      Cons

      Responsibilities are beyond what I trained for at my education program. I hate that you are responsible for observing drug screen sample collections in certain circumstances. It made me deeply uncomfortable.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
