Pros
There are great people working here. Leadership is getting better as the years go on and they definitely care about the success of their employees. People who complain within the sales field are just griping because of their own sales inadequacies. Sure it's not a perfect set up for a sales person, but you can still make the best out of it. Instead of blaming others, just look to yourself, and make the best out of a situation. That's what a salesperson should be able to do anyways, making your own way. If you can't do that with your own company, don't be in sales (referring to some of these other reviews that are unfair, and a poor representation on the company and sales organization)

Takes a lot of time to make positive changes, as with any large corporation.
